By accessing or using our Walk the Floors service at walkthefloors.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Walk the Floors is a subscription-based digital business intelligence platform that analyses publicly available employee review data to provide insights about company culture, operations, and potential risks. This is a digital service only; no physical goods are delivered.

The Service provides:

• AI-powered analysis of employee reviews through multiple business lenses
• Risk scoring and trend analysis
• Alerts and monitoring for companies you track
• Comparison and benchmarking tools
• Digital reports and dashboards accessible via web browser

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• If using on behalf of an organisation, have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

5. Subscription and Payment

We offer a 7-day free trial with access to core features. After the trial, subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by myCandr Group Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the analyses and insights generated by the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not publicly publish or redistribute our analyses without permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Our analyses are generated using AI and are based on publicly available employee reviews. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the analyses will be error-free or complete.

Our analyses are intended to supplement, not replace, your own due diligence and professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms
