2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

• No credit card is required to start a trial
• You can monitor up to 2 companies during the trial
• Full access to core analysis features
• Trial automatically ends after 7 days; no automatic billing

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund of your first payment by emailing support@walkthefloors.ai.

4. Standard Refund Policy

After the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period:

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions: No prorated refunds for unused months. Your access continues until the end of your annual term.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel by navigating to your account's billing page and clicking "Cancel Subscription", or by emailing support@walkthefloors.ai.

6. What Happens When You Cancel

• Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain full access until your current period ends
• No further charges will be made
• Your data is retained for 6 months in case you wish to reactivate

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors. Please contact support@walkthefloors.ai to discuss your situation.
